Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Saint Aura, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Saint Aura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this service subject to these terms and conditions. You may not:

Modify or copy the materials (including HTML and JavaScript code).
Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Saint Aura.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
Access or search the service by any means other than our publicly supported interfaces.
Use the service to send unsolicited communications or spam.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction, including those governing review manipulation or competitive harm.

Review Submission and Content

You are responsible for all review content that your customers submit through your Saint Aura account.
You agree not to manipulate, falsify, or artificially generate reviews. This includes paying customers for positive reviews, posting false reviews about competitors, or using automated systems to generate fake reviews.
Reviews must comply with the terms and policies of the platforms where they are published (Google, Facebook, etc.). We are not responsible for reviews rejected or removed by those platforms.
By submitting reviews through Saint Aura, your customers grant us the right to process, store, and display their review content and metadata as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

Saint Aura may not be used for any purpose that violates applicable law or regulations, including but not limited to:

Defamation, harassment, threats, or any form of abusive behavior toward individuals or businesses.
Review manipulation schemes or coordinated review fraud.
Impersonation of any person or entity.
Circumventing platform terms of service on review platforms.
Interfering with or disrupting the service or its infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion.

User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Saint Aura (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and combinations thereof) are owned by KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such content and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Saint Aura is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service. Specifically, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content.
Uninterrupted or error-free service.
That defects will be corrected or that the service is free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee that reviews generated through Saint Aura will be accepted by review platforms. Final approval and publication decisions rest solely with the respective platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd or its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, profits, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dispute shall be limited to a refund of amounts paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

Your use of or misuse of Saint Aura.
Your violation of these terms.
Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Review content submitted through your account, including claims of defamation, fraud, or platform policy violations.
Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to Saint Aura immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including:

Violation of these terms or any applicable law.
Review manipulation, fraud, or defamatory content.
Non-payment of fees.
Repeated complaints from review platforms or customers.
At our sole discretion for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination.

Refund Policy

Saint Aura offers refunds only where required by law or as outlined in your subscription agreement. Specific refund terms are detailed in the Billing and Pricing section of your account settings.

Payment and Billing

You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur, including applicable taxes, as specified in your chosen subscription plan.
Billing occurs automatically on your billing date unless you cancel your subscription.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges. If payment is declined, we may suspend your service.
We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days' prior notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new fees.

Modifications to the Service

Saint Aura reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuance.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai for resolution of any disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by emailing [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may pursue legal remedies.

Third-Party Links

Saint Aura may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party sites is governed by their terms and policies.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saint Aura regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations.
