A business is your account — your subscription, billing details and brand sit here. Each business can have one or more locations. Each location gets its own QR, its own review feed, and its own analytics. Add locations under Locations in your dashboard.
A scan opens a single page that asks the customer 2–3 short questions in their preferred language. We draft a review using their answers, then deep link them to Google Maps, Trustpilot or Justdial with the draft pre-filled. Negative responses bypass the public destinations and route into your private feedback inbox.
Billing runs on Razorpay. Monthly and yearly plans are available; yearly bakes in a 2-month discount. Add-ons (extra review destinations) are pay-as-you-grow. Each additional location is a flat monthly add-on — the same price per location, with no surprise multipliers.
For Indian businesses, add your GSTIN under Billing → Invoicing details. We generate a GST-compliant tax invoice on every charge, route the right CGST+SGST or IGST split based on your registered state, and let you claim input tax credit.
