Why we built this

Many excellent local businesses — the cafés, salons, clinics and corner shops that keep neighbourhoods moving — are barely visible online. Their service is great, their food is great, their staff is great. But on Google? Five reviews from 2019.

The reason is brutal but simple. The customers who would write the most glowing review may not feel comfortable writing in English, may be short on time, and were never asked at the right moment. Saint Aura fixes all three at once.

Who we are

Saint Aura is built by KraftPixel Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd, an India-based product studio that's been shipping software for local businesses since 2016. We're funded entirely by our customers, with no outside investors — which means our roadmap answers to shop owners, not VCs. We are based at 416, Dattani Prism 1, Vasai West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 401202.
