Birdeye Pricing in 2026: What It Costs and Cheaper Alternatives

Birdeye doesn't publish its prices. Here is what buyers and third-party sites report it costs per location, what drives the bill up, who it is worth it for, and cheaper ways for a small business to get more reviews.

By Last updated

Short answer: Birdeye's prices aren't published. Third-party sites most often report about $299, $349 and $449 per location per month (Starter, Growth, Dominate) on annual billing, with custom quotes for 4+ locations and possible extra costs for onboarding and add-ons. That makes sense for multi-location businesses that want a full suite. A single-location business that mainly wants more Google reviews can spend far less.

Reported Birdeye pricing in 2026

Birdeye's pricing page asks you to request a quote, so every number below comes from third-party pricing sites and buyer reports. They don't all agree, and they may not reflect discounts or your region.

PlanCommonly reported priceNotes
Starter~$299 per location / monthAnnual billing. One source reports ~$419 on monthly billing.
Growth~$349 per location / monthSome sources report $399 or more.
Dominate~$449 per location / monthSome sources report $499 or more.
Premium / enterpriseCustom quoteTypically for 4+ locations; volume discounts not published.

At the commonly reported Starter price, one location works out to about $3,588 a year (12 × $299) before any extras. Three locations on Growth would be about $12,564 a year (3 × 12 × $349).

Before you sign, ask for a written quote that lists every module, the onboarding fee, the contract length, and what happens to the price at renewal.

Who Birdeye is a good fit for

Birdeye is built as an all-in-one customer experience platform: review requests and monitoring, replies, business listings, customer messaging, surveys and reporting across many locations. That breadth is the reason for the price. It is a reasonable choice when:

It is a harder sell for a single salon, clinic, restaurant or shop whose main goal is simply more, better Google reviews.

Cheaper ways to get more reviews

1. Google's free tools

Your Google Business Profile can give you a short review link and a QR code for free. If your customers are motivated and you remember to ask, this is enough to start. Our guide on how to get your Google review link shows where to find it, and the free QR code generator makes a printable code in a minute.

The limitation is what happens after the scan: the customer lands in an empty review box, and many don't know what to write.

2. Saint Aura (review collection only)

Saint Aura does one job: getting more customers to actually write the review. Each location gets a QR code that opens a short, guided flow in the customer's language. The customer answers two or three questions about their visit, gets help turning their answers into a review, edits it, and posts it themselves on Google or any of 64+ supported platforms such as Justdial, Zomato, Practo, Tripadvisor and Trustpilot.

Plans start at ₹299 a month in India (plus GST) or $5 a month elsewhere, and the plan with extra review platforms is ₹749 or $11 a month. Prices are published on the pricing page, and there is a free trial.

3. A simple manual system

If budget is tight, a consistent habit beats software you won't use: ask every customer at the end of the visit, send your review link on WhatsApp the same day, and reply to every review. Our review request templates give you the messages.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Birdeye cost per month?

Birdeye doesn't list prices on its website; you get a quote after a sales call. Third-party pricing sites commonly report about $299 per location per month for Starter, $349 for Growth and $449 for Dominate on annual billing, with custom pricing for four or more locations. Some sources report higher figures, so treat these as estimates and get a written quote.

Why doesn't Birdeye show its pricing?

Like many software companies that sell to multi-location businesses, Birdeye prices through sales conversations so it can tailor packages, add-ons and discounts. The downside for a small business is that you can't compare costs without talking to sales first.

Does Birdeye have a free plan or free trial?

Birdeye has offered some free tools, but its main platform is a paid subscription sold through a demo. Check Birdeye's website for current offers, as they change.

What is a cheaper alternative to Birdeye for small businesses?

If your main goal is more Google reviews, you may not need an all-in-one suite. Google's own review link and QR code are free. Saint Aura focuses on review collection: a QR code that opens a guided, multilingual review flow, from ₹299 a month in India or $5 a month elsewhere, with prices published on its pricing page.

Is Birdeye worth it?

It can be for multi-location businesses that want reviews, listings, messaging, surveys and reporting in one platform and have the budget and staff to use it. For a single-location business that mainly wants more Google reviews, the per-location cost is hard to justify.
